Job Description:

As a Calling Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Your primary objective will be to promote products/services, generate leads, and provide excellent customer service. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive customer relationships and achieving sales targets.


  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice. Proficiency in the required language(s) for customer interaction.
  3. Sales and Customer Service Abilities: Basic understanding of sales techniques, persuasive communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  4. Computer and Software Proficiency: Familiarity with basic computer operations, CRM systems, call center software, and MS Office Suite.
  5. Interpersonal and Teamwork Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and willingness to collaborate with sales teams.
  6. Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Aptitude for handling objections, diffusing difficult situations, and adapting to changes in scripts or procedures.
  7. Organizational and Time Management Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong time management abilities.
  8. Resilience and Professionalism: Ability to remain calm under pressure, handle rejection, and maintain a professional demeanor.


  1. Conduct outbound calls to customers to promote products/services and generate sales leads.
  2. Follow scripted communication guidelines to present information about the company's offerings accurately and persuasively.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer questions and concerns effectively.
  5. Identify and understand customer needs to recommend suitable products/services and upsell where applicable.
  6. Record and update customer information, interactions, and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
  7. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as set by the company.
  8. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve collective goals.
  9. Stay updated with product/service features, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
  10. Continuously enhance personal and professional skills through training and self-development.
