Job Description:
As a Calling Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Your primary objective will be to promote products/services, generate leads, and provide excellent customer service. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
Requirments:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice. Proficiency in the required language(s) for customer interaction.
- Sales and Customer Service Abilities: Basic understanding of sales techniques, persuasive communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Computer and Software Proficiency: Familiarity with basic computer operations, CRM systems, call center software, and MS Office Suite.
- Interpersonal and Teamwork Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and willingness to collaborate with sales teams.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Aptitude for handling objections, diffusing difficult situations, and adapting to changes in scripts or procedures.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong time management abilities.
- Resilience and Professionalism: Ability to remain calm under pressure, handle rejection, and maintain a professional demeanor.
Responsabilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to customers to promote products/services and generate sales leads.
- Follow scripted communication guidelines to present information about the company's offerings accurately and persuasively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer questions and concerns effectively.
- Identify and understand customer needs to recommend suitable products/services and upsell where applicable.
- Record and update customer information, interactions, and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as set by the company.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve collective goals.
- Stay updated with product/service features, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Continuously enhance personal and professional skills through training and self-development.
